The 2nd Congress of the Lusophone Entrepreneur in Vitória, capital of the State of Espírito Santo (Brazil), was held in May/June 2012. The event was attended by entrepreneurs of the lusophone countries and also by invited countries such as Uruguay and Argentina.
1.500 visitors attended the 2nd Congress of the Lusophone Entrepreneur, which took place between May 30 and June 1, 2012, in Vitória, capital of the Brazilian Stateof Espírito Santo.
The participants of this event were entrepreneurs and representatives of organisations from more than 22 Brazilian States, and eight countries, which are effective members of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries CPLP (Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa) namely Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and East Timor, as well as invited countries such as Uruguay and Argentina.
The Congress of the Lusophone Entrepreneur wants to be able to combine all Lusophone countries, representing a market of 300 million persons, and join a number of synergies to promote business amongst them, said in Vitória José Luiz Niemeyer of the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets IBMEC (Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais) during the congress.
The third edition of the Congress of the Lusophone Entrepreneur will be held in Luanda(Angola) in 2013.
