Accompanying Person: registration fee covers attendance to the conferences, congress kit, tea/coffee, social events and congress dinner (no access to networking hall).

Students: registration fee covers attendance to the conferences, congress kit, tea/coffee (no access to networking hall, no attendance to the social events nor to congress dinner).
REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
– Payment in USD includes transaction fee. Payment made in INR includes 12.36% GST.
– Payments will be accepted either in USD (or correspondent in Euro) or in INR in respective cases. – Registration fee is refundable only as per the cancellation policy. Substitution in nominations is accepted only up to 31 December 2013. – Registration fee does not include accommodation, travel and meals. – Indian Delegates: The fee is applicable to Indians residing in India and not to delegates of Indian origin |
