A special exhibition of Goan newspapers with articles, reports and interviews related to the most famous Brazilian poet Cec\u00edlia Meireles (1901 \u2013 1964) during her visit to Goa in 1953.\u00a0Before leaving Goa Cecilia Meireles told the press \u201cEu levarei Goa para o Brasil dentro do meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o\u2026\u201d (I will take Goa to Brazil within my heart).\u00a0This rare exhibition, organized by the LSG \u2013 Lusophone Society of Goa, also throws light on the issues the Goa State was facing at that time.<\/p>\n
