Fr. Kinley D&#8217;Cruz, Director of the College and Dr. Neena Panandikar, Principal of the College.\u00a0 Dr. Gracias referred in his speech the relevance of the Lusophone World and of the Portuguese language in the world, spoken by about 200 million people.
