* In this category for each Delegate/Company there will be an individual table with chairs, in a separate hall opposite to the Main Congress Hall. Registration for this category is only accepted in addition to another Category.

Delegates: registration fee covers attendance to the conferences, congress kit, tea/coffee, access to networking hall, social events and congress dinner.

Accompanying Person: registration fee covers attendance to the conferences, congress kit, tea/coffee, social events and congress dinner (no access to networking hall).

Special Category: registration fee covers attendance to the conferences, congress kit, tea/coffee (no access to networking hall, no attendance to the social events nor to congress dinner).

Students: registration fee covers attendance to the conferences, congress kit, tea/coffee (no access to networking hall, no attendance to the social events nor to congress dinner).

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– Payment in USD includes transaction fee. Payment made in INR includes 12.36% GST.

– Payments will be accepted either in USD (or correspondent in Euro) or in INR in respective cases.

– Registration fee is refundable only as per the cancellation policy. Substitution in nominations is accepted only up to 31 December 2013.

– Registration fee does not include accommodation, travel and meals.

– Indian Delegates: The fee is applicable to Indians residing in India and not to delegates of Indian origin

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of registration form and payment, confirmation of registration will be sent.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to December 15, 2013 Full refunds, deducting handling charges
Up to December 31, 2013 50% refund, deducting handling charges
No refunds after December 31, 2013
No refunds at all for General Category and Students
